The room felt dusty. Shelves in the coffee bar and closet areas clearly hadn't been cleaned PROPERLY. the room refresh service between nights was minimal. I expected more attention to detail.

The room was dusty, which I found unacceptable. The shelving in the coffee bar was not properly cleaned. Upper shelves were covered in dust. I expected better for the price I paid.

The room had a mini fridge that worked great. Beds are comfy, also blankets were warm enough. The air conditioning kept a nice temperature for sleeping.
The hallway carpet looked worn, with some stains. I think it needed changing years ago.

The hotel is right downtown. It is close to museums and art galleries. There are shops nearby, also many other important landmarks are walkable.

Staff was helpful, from start to finish. The housekeeping service was excellent and very pleasant. The valet parking worked super well with no waiting.

The valet parking took a long time. I waited 30 minutes for my vehicle. There were not enough valets. I felt the stress at the front entrance.
